Website extension and found that it complies with Ordinance City Code Chapter 11-02-03 (F3),

based upon that:
(A) There are no outstanding city code violations on the subject property;
(B) The preliminary plat, as previously approved, is still in the best interests of the
safety, health, and general welfare of the city;
(C) There have been no significant changes to the city code between the date of
preliminary plat approval and the application date of the time extension request
that would require substantial modifications to the lot layout.
The applicant states, "The time extension request complies with Chapter 11-02-
02(10) of the City of Caldwell City Code. The project has been delayed because
of the existing sewer main that was not built to PWS. The extension will allow the
opportunity to fix the existing sewer main and commence work on the project."
Based upon this review of your statement, your request for a one-year time
extension to May 27, 2023, is approved.
