The City has been planning to extend the effective Indian Creek Plaza area out to the west on Arthur Street and 7'h Avenue, which would include all plaza elements (i.e. colored concrete, pavers, lighting, trees, etc.). Cushing Terrell has completed an Architectural Plan for this area. A scope of work for the Civil Design to be performed by Keller was approved originally by City Council on Aug 4th, 2022 for the Plaza extension on Arthur Street and 7,h Ave. Unfortunately, there was an error in the scope of work and only the design scope for Arthur Street was included at a cost of $19,400.00. After the error was identified, the Staff requested a new scope of work which includes both Arthur St. AND 7'h Ave civil design for a combined total of $37,380.00. It is necessary that is be approved by the URA because it is URA funded. That scope of work is attached. RECOMMENDED ACTION. Approve the Amendment No. 1, revising the total civil design scope of work for the 71h and Arthur Street Improvements to be performed by Keller Associates to the total amount of $37,380.00. All provisions of the Agreement not modified by this or previous amendments remain in effect. In witness thereof, the parties hereto have executed or caused to be executed by their duly authorized officials this Amendment to the Agreement on the respective dates indicated below.
