Memorandum To: Emma Hill, Associate Planner From: TJ Frans, Project Manager Steven Pendleton, Civil Plans Examiner II Re: SUP22-000010 King Duplex Date: July 5th, 2022 The Engineering Department provides the following comments on a request by Gene King to construct a 2-story duplex on parcel R04757 (0.14 acres) in the Central Business District zone at 1106 Arthur Street (formerly 1108 Arthur) in Caldwell, ID. This property lies within the Indian Creek Corridor. General 1. The Engineering Department does not have an issue with this request. Applicant shall complete the full width sixteen feet(16') paving of the alley way to the south boundary of said parcel. The alley shall be constructed in a manner that will convey the storm water back to S.11th Avenue. 2. Applicant shall replace any dilapidated curb, gutter, or sidewalk along the frontage of said parcel to be determined by the City of Caldwell Engineering Dept. at the time of construction onsite.
