The Engineering Department provides the following comments on a request by Donald and Phyllis
Easteppe for a rear property line setback variance in the R1 zone from 20 feet to 10 feet for the
purpose of constructing a 30'x40' RV Storage Garage in the southwest corner of parcel R06955
(0.35 acres) at 2308 Terrace Drive, Caldwell, ID.
General
1. The Engineering Department does not have an issue with this request. There is currently a
platted ten foot (10') rear easement located on the West side of this lot. There shall be no
encroachment of the proposed building or eves within this easement.
