Request for Time Extension
Dear Anne Marie,
On behalf of Freehold Development, LLC regarding Sky Ranch Business Center
Subdivision No. I we make the following request:
Request A one year time extension to the previously approved Sky Ranch
Business Center No. 1 preliminary plat dated April 4, 2004 per the
Caldwell City Code.
Rational To date Freehold Development has constructed two and a half of
the proposed three phase subdrvision. Due to market condition lot
sales have been slower than expected; it is the developer's intent
to finalize the remaining final plat as soon as market conditions
become more favorable.

(The expiration date is 24 months following the date of the signature on the Order of Decision for the Preliminary Plat.)
Approval of the preliminary plat is valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of signature on
the Order of Decision for the preliminary plat by the City Council. Failure to obtain final plat approval and to
record the final plat in accordance with that time frame shall cause the preliminary plat to become null and
void, unless a one-year extension of time is applied for by the subdivider PRIOR to the expiration date and
is granted by the Planning and Zoning Commission following the public hearing process.
No further el:tensions shall be permitted unless otherwise granted by the City Council following the public
hearing process.

extension.
List of property owners within 300' of the site with names,
addresses and lD numbers (obtained from the canyon county Plat
Room on the 3d floor of the county courthouse).
50% reduced copy of the assessor's plat map for the entire
section, township, range that the site sits in (must be obtained
from the Canyon County Plat Room on the 3'd floor of the county courthouse).
Ten (10) full-size copies of the original approved preliminary
plat, folded.
Application Fee (checks payable to city of caldwell. Please ask the Senior
Planner for the correct application fee),
