I met with Brenl and we went over the remaining items that need lo be done before Sky Ranch 2 can dedicate.
1. You will need to trust for the 1/4 of the Enterprise bridge cost.
2. You will need to pay the first two installments of your traffic mitigation fees totaling $49,493.32. The third installment of
$24,746-66 will neei t6 be in place before either phise 3 dedicatea or phase 4 final plats, whichever occurs lirst.
I attached a copy of the agreement from Susan Wildwood concerning the traffic mitigation. Please let me know if you have
any questions or concerns.
