SUB-164F(1)-06 Re-plat of Sky Ranch Business Center Phase 2

The Engineering Department has reviewed the proposed final plat for Sky Ranch Business Center
Phase 2 and provides the following comments regarding the project and the submitled final plat:
1. The big four items must be completed before signing of the final plat. These ltems can not be
bonded for:
a. The water system is operational.
b. All weather surfaces are not in place.
c, Street signs have not been installed.
d. Sewer system is operational.
2. The final plat drawing shall be corrected in accordance with the marked-up copy done January
14,20OB and mailed to W&H Pacilic on January 14,2008.
3. ln an effort to expedite the addressing process of the final plat, the City is asking that an
electronic copy on a CD in AutoCAD format be retumed with the revised copy of the linal plat,

both sides of the lateral. There are to be no obstructrons, fences, buildings, walk paths. etc. within sakl easement'
