recommendations.
11. All planting bade shall have a minimum of IV of topsoil. Lawn areas shall have a minimum of 12'
topsoil. Spread, compact and fine grade topeall to a smooth and uniform grade 3' below @trrace
or walke and curbs In planting bed areas, 1 1/2' at sod lawn areas, and I' at toad lawn areas.
12. Rouse existing surface topsoil stockpiled an the site. verify suitablllty of surface soil to
produce topsoil meeting requirements and amand wheri necessary. Topsoil shall be a loose, Friable,
eandy loam, clean and free of toxic materials, noxiow weeds, wead seeds, rocks, grate or other
Forelgn material and a ph of 55 to 1.0. IF on-slte tosoil does not meet these minimum standard@,

13. All landscaped areas shall have an automatic undargrawd sprinkler system which Insures
complete coverage and properly zoned Far required water uses. Each hydrozone Is to be
Irrigated with separate Individual stations.
14. Planter bads and lawn areas are to have separate hydro -zones.
15. Pop-up sprinkler heads ehall have a minimum Floor height of 4 Inches at lawn areas and IS' at
pplanter beds.
b. Planter beds are to have drip Irrigation systems as needed, see Irrigation drawings. Aemuals,
parennials or ground covers &Frain have a pop-up spray system as needed, see Irragatlon
drawings.
11. Electronic water distribution/ timing contrdllars are to be provided. Minimum controller
requirements are as follows;
-Precise Individual station timing
-Run time capabilities for extremes in precipitation rates
-At least one program For each hydrozcne
-Sufficient multiple cycles to avoid water run-off
-Power failure backup for all programed Individual valved watering statlone will be
deelenad and metalled to provide water to respective hydro -zones.

operations and dispose of properly off alto.

20. The Irrigation system shall be designed to provide 100% coverage with head to head
spacing or triangular spacing as appropriate.
21. SprirkJar heads shall be adjusted to reduce ovarepray onto Impervious surfaces such as
eidowlks, driveways, and parking area.
22, Provide minimum (1) quick coupler valve per each (6) automatic valve zones. Approve cxc.v,
locations with landscape designer.
