Re
The Engineering Department has reviewed the proposed final plat for East Caldwell Urban
Renewal and provides the following comments regarding the project and the submitted final plat:
1. The water system is operational. The water system has been construcied, pressure tested and
clean water samples received.
2. All weather surfaces are in place. Compac{ion test results for gravel base and density tests on
asphalt in the roadways have been submitted to the City for review and approved.
3. Street signs have been installed
4. Sewer system is operational. The line has been construc{ed, pressure tested, and the video
has been reviewed and approved.
5. Construction security will have to be provided for those items not yet completed prior to signing
of the final plat. The city has resources in the FY 2006 budget to cover the costs associated
with the landscaping of the four commercial lots.
6. The final plat drawing shall be conected in accordance with the red-lined copy reviewed and
mailed to W&H Pacific on December 21, 2005.
7. ln an effort to expedite the addressing process of the final plat, the City is asking that an
electronic copy, in AutoCAD format, be returned with the revised copy of the final plat.
