The Engineering Department has no objections to proc€eding with final plat approval for
Silverbow Estates phase U. We note, however, that some items on the approved plans and from
the special use permit for this project have not yet been completed. The normal procedure is to
require tlat bonding be provided prior to signing ofthe plat and that all items be complete before
occupancy of any structure within the zuMivision be allowed.
The Engineering Department would require as a matter of course that the responsible engineer's
c€rtification that facilities have been constructed in accordance with approved plans be
forwarded to the Engineering Department and that all supporting documentation be provided for
dedication prior to allowing occupancy in any structure.
