The Engineering Department has reviewed the proposed final plat for Sienna Hills Subdivision
Phase 2 and provides the following comments regarding the project and the submitted final plat

a. The water system is not operational. The water system has been conslruded, clean
water samples have been received but no pressure tests have been submitted. The
final plat will not be signed, and no building permits will be issued until this emergency
requirement is complete.
b. All weather surfaces are not in place. Compaction test results for the roadways have
not been submitted to the City. The flnal plat will not be signed, and no building permits
will be issued until this emergency requirement is complete.
c. Street signs have not been installed. The final plat will not be signed, and no building
permits will be issued until thrs emergency requirement is complete.
d. Sewer system is not operational. The line has been constructed, as-builts and video
have been received and approved, but no pressure tests have been submitted. The
final plat will not be signed, and no building permits will be issued until this emergency
requirement is complete.
2. Construction security will have to be provided for those items which are not among the big four
and not yet completed prior to signing of the final plat. The city has not agreed on a bond
amount for those improvements not yet constructed.
The big four items must be completed before signing of the final plat. These ltems can not be
bonded for:
The final plat drawing shall be corrected in accordance with the marked-up copy done
October 30, 2006 and mailed to Mason & Stanfield, lnc on October 30, 2006.
4. ln an effort to expedite the addressing process of the final plat, the City is asking that 2
electronic copies on 2 separate CD's in AutoCAD format be returned with the revised copy of
the final plat.
