sienna Hills suMivision No- 2 final plat is peady to proceed to final plat approval by city council.
The following items have been addressed afd/or completed:
o Sanitag sewer installed, tested and TV,ed;o Domestic water installed and pressue tested;r Storm drain system installed;r Pressure irrigation distribution lines installed and inspected;r All weather road base installed and inspected;
Landscaping, curb, gutter and .ia.*a* ."*fi, to be completed and are being bonded.
Developer will continue working to complete construction up to the time for bonding.
