Frans Engineering Tech I Date: SUBl41 (1) F-06 Sienna Hills Subdivision No. 1 January 2,2007 Re The Engineering Department has reviewed the proposed final plat for Sienna Hills Subdivision No 1 and provides the following comments regarding the project and the submitted final plat: 1 . Status of the big four items must be completed before signing of the final plat. These ltems can not be bonded for: The water system is operational. The water system has been constructed, pressure tested, and clean water samples have been received. All weather surfaces are in place submitted to the City for review a Street signs have been installed. d. Sewer system is not operational. The line has been constructed, pressure tests have been submitted and video has been received and approved for the On-Site improvements. The off-site line has been constructed, pressure tests have been submitted, but not video on preyiously failed run. Construc{ion security will have to be provided forthose items which are not among the big four and not yet completed prior to signing of the final plat. The city has not agreed on a bond amount for those improvements not yet constructed. The final plat drawing shall be conected in accordance with the marked-up copy done October 13, 2006 and mailed to Mason & Stanfield lnc. on October 13, 2006. ln an efiort to expedite the addressing process of the final plat, the City is asking that 2 electronic copies on 2 separate CD's in AutoCAD format be retumed with the revised copy of the final plat. a b c. .
