Attached are 10 copiesof the Preliminary Plat of Silverbow Estates P.U.D. The plat has
been revised as follows'
e Street name Broken Arrow Drive has been changed to Flint Drive
. Street name Gray Cliff Way has been changed to Obsidian Way
o A note concerning "No Parking" on Silverbow Drive has been added
. Note #8 has been revised to reflect pressure irrigation service for the
development
The initial submittal of the project requested rear yard setbacks of 10 feet and side yard
setbacks of 5 feet. These setbacks are hereby modified to be the u,,jth of the utility
easement plus the eave width of the residence to be constructed, tlrt not less than 10 feet
for rear yard setbacks and not less than 5 feet for side yard setbacks.
I will be out of town until November 4. lf you have additional questions concerning this
project, please feel free to contact Steve Young at our office. Steve will be present at the
hearing scheduled for October 17.

It is noted on their Preliminary Plat, #8 under NOTES states"Irrigation water for this subdivision shal1 be provided throughthe domestic water disEribution system. " Pl"ease be advised thereis a delivery point in place for this property, therefore it is
necessary that the water rights to this property be honored by pro-viding access to irrigation \dater from Pioneer Irrigation Districtto each lot and/or parcel- of property,
If the developers wish to put in a pressurized irrigation system\,rith the expectation of Pioneer lrrigation District taking over theoperation and maintenance of said system, it will be necessary thatthe pressurized irrigation system be put in according to the Stand-ard Specifications of Pioneer Trrigation District. Tt wiLl also be
necessary to have said systen inspected by Mr. Jerry Earl of Skinner,Earl and Associates at various stages of the installation of the sys-tem. Mr. Earl i.s an engineer hired by Pioneer frrigation District
