January 8, 2015
1. The big four items must be completed before signing of the final plat. These ltems can not be
bonded for:
a. The water system is operational. The water system has been constructed, pressure
tests have passed and clean water samples have been received.
b. All weather surfaces are in place. Compaction test results for the roadways have been
submitted to the City for review and approved.
d. Sewer system is operational. The lines have been constructed. The sewer videos and
pressure tests have been submitted and approved. The sewer as-builts have been
submitted and approved.
2. Construction security will have to be provided for those items which are not among the big four
and not yet completed prior to signing of the final plat. The city has not agreed on a bond
amount for those improvements not yet construcled.
3. The final plat drawing will need to be reviewed and approved. The first review has not been
completed.
4. ln an effort to expedite the addressing process of the final plat, the City is asking that 2
electronic copies on 2 separate CD's in AutoCAD format be returned with the revised copy of
the final plat.
