Sienna Hills Subdivision No. 3
We hereby certify the following:
Construction practices and materials observed during construction were in compliance with
the approved plans and specifications. Construction was performed substantially to the
lines and grades shown on the approved plans.
2. All potable water and sanitary sewer pipe lines were cleaned and tested in accordance with
Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction (ISPWC).
3. Pressurc irrigation system was pressure tested in accordance with Idaho Standards for
Public Works Construction (ISPWC).
4. Potable water mains were flushed and sanitized in substantial accordance with the Idaho
Standards for Public Works Construction. Laboratory results are pending.
5. Geotechnical testing for trench backfill, sub-base compaction, and asphalt paving was not
performed under our direct supervision. Compaction test will be provided by the
appropriate party.
