As you may recall, preliminary plat approval of the above referenced subdivisions was approved ty tht
Caldwell Planning and Zoning Commission on November 3,1997. Irr accordance with the Subdif isiorl
Ordinance requirements at that time, and in accordance with conditions placed on the preliminary plats.
approval was to remain valid for twenty-four months.
On November 3, 1999 approval ofthe preliminary plats for Phase I and Phase II of Syringa Subdivisit'n
will expire, unless you request a one-year extension. The request must be in writing and will requir e r
nominal fee to take forward as a public hearing. The fee would be $25 for legal notice, and $l per'
mailing to all persons that own property within 300 feet of the outer boundary ofthe subdivisions.
If you wish to request an extension, the request must be received in my office no later than November ,i
