The fourth item under New Busirtess was lo consider the linal plat for Caldwelt
Commetcial Park. The Mayor again explsined ihat the Plarming and Zoning
Commission approved the preliminary plit on February 12, l99E' At a hearing
held May I 46,Ge members of the Commission unanimously votcd to recommend
final plat spproval to the Mayor and City Council.
