This letter is to inform you that the Caldwell Planning & Zoning Department has approved
application number: SLS22-000001 splitting 0 Hannibal Street R0208100000 into 2 separate
parcels as described in the recorded Record of Survey, Instrument # 2022-024694, recorded
Deed(s) 2022-024694, and 2022-040229 with the following Engineering Department conditions:
Existing fence line at the back of lots is in the public right-of-way that covers a sewer line. 24/7
access must be available to the city in order to maintain the sewer line that is within the public
right-of-way.
Vacation of the public right-of-way may be possible if an easement is created to cover the sewer
line at the rear of the lots.
Please keep this record for your files and submit it with any building permit application for
reference.
