Request for Time Extension
Dear Anne Marie,
On behalf of Freehold Development, LLC regarding Sky Ranch Business Center
Subdivision No. 2 we make the following request:
Request A five year time extension to the previously approved Sky Ranch
Business Center No. 2 preliminary plat dated August 17, 2006 per
the Caldwell City Code.
Rational Freehold Development applied for and received a one year time
extension in March of 2009. At this time due to market conditions
the developer does not have an anticipated construc{ion date for
Sky Ranch Business Center No. 2. However, over the past few
years several large industrial and commercial users have
expressed interest in the location and large parcels available in
this development. lt is Freehold Developments objective to keep
their entitlements active in the event that another large user
wishes to purchase a portion of the property, at such time a final
plat would be flled.

extension.
List of property owners within 300' of the site with names,
addresses and lD numbers (obtained from the canyon county Plat
Room on the 3d floor of the county courthouse).
50% reduced copy of the assessor's plat map for the entire
section, township, range that the site sits in (must be obtained
from the Canyon County Plat Room on the 3'd floor of the county courthouse).
Ten (10) full-size copies of the original approved preliminary
plat, folded.
Application Fee lchecks payable to City of Caldwell. Please ask the Senior
Planner for the correct application fee).
