Rational Freehold Development applied for and received a one year time extension in March of 2009. At this time due to market conditions the developer does not have an anticipated construc{ion date for Sky Ranch Business Center No. 2. However, over the past few years several large industrial and commercial users have expressed interest in the location and large parcels available in this development. lt is Freehold Developments objective to keep their entitlements active in the event that another large user wishes to purchase a portion of the property, at such time a final plat would be flled.
