A RESOLUTION OF THE CALDWELL URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY TO CONSIDER WAIVING
ANNEXATION FEES AND PROVIDING WATER LINE INFRASTRUCTURE TO THE PROPERTY
OWNERS WITHIN THE CITY'S NORTH CALDWELL ANNEXATION PATH.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency ("CURA") has created a Caldwell North Urban Renewal Area,
pursuant to the laws of the State of Idaho, including Title 50, Chapter 20 and 29; and,
WHEREAS, the CURA desires that these incentives be used to facilitate annexation of area properties to encourage
development within said project area; and,
WHEREAS, the outreach for annexation will consist of eight property owners within the Caldwell North Urban
Renewal area; and,
WHEREAS, the annexation letter will provide annexation details for the property owners' consideration; and,
WHEREAS, it was necessary, for expediency, to extend these incentives to the property owners' to annex area
properties; and,
WHEREAS, the CURA desires to support adding these formerly unincorporated properties to the corporate limits of
the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency, that the Agency
does hereby agree to waive any associated annexation fees and stub a City water line to the properties within the
Caldwell North Urban Renewal annexation path. The acceptance and authorization for this annexation letter to be sent
to these property owners hereto is hereby effectuated, and the Chairman is authorized to take any additional steps
necessary to accomplish the same.
