July'13, 2021 Meeting Minutes
Present: Ron Bonneau, Jarom Wagoner, Kaylee Farrell, Angie Point, Oster Hernandez,
Claudia Suastegui, and Bianca Stevenson.
Ron began the meeting at 10:05am. Chelsea introduced Bianca as her replacement as
the Communication Specialist for the City, and on the Caldwell Youth Forum sub-
committee.
ACTION ITEM: Angie motioned, Oster seconded the motion to approve the minutes
from the meeting held on May 4,2021. MOTION PASSED
The committee outlined a tentative schedule with the main venue as the Caldwell Train
Depot:

Registration/check in at the Caldwell Train Depot (701 Main Streel)

YMCA facilitators (ice-breakers, group activities) - bring in theme?

Move to lndian Creek Plaza for lunch
Lunch - Jarom will talk to food businesses downtown and come up with
options. Thoughts are Extreme Pizza (GF options available), cookies/ice
cream (Bridges/Soda Burst) or yogurt (Good Spoon), bottled water and
soda in coolers (Angie to coordinate).
Lunch activity: questions on table that relate to later activity
Move back to Train Depot.
"ln Their Shoes" activity
Breakout sessions?
Kaylee debrief
YMCA bring everyone in for one last short ending activity
Board buses to go back to schools
Jarom to coordinate lunch items ($10 per person limit)
YMCA to coordinate ice breakers (Angie to send updated contract
to Claudia for review and signatures)
Kaylee/AAFV staff to coordinate "ln Their Shoes" activity
Angie to coordinate equipment for AV needs (City system?) and
Forum t-shirts
Angie to coordinate plaza availability for eating lunch
Oster to check into providing a large canopy for outside and CWI
Swag
Ron to coordinate "Go On" materials from College of ldaho, TVCC;
Oster to bring CWI college materials

Ron closed the meeting at 11:07am. The next meeting will be the WALK THRU on
September 7,2021 at l1:00 am. Wewill be meeting atthe Caldwell Train Depot (701
Main Street).
