To: Planning & Zoning Commission
We atter led the live stream meeting with representatives of Hayden
Homes ^egarding the Autumn Ridge Subdivisions (East & West) which
was held on January 11,2021.
Our main concern was that zoning be Low Density (R-l). We were
assured by their representatives it was applying for R-l. When pressed for
clarity, they responded that R-2 zoning was "Off the table."
Since we may be unable to attend this hearing on April 13,2021, our input
is merely to continue in the same vein as were were told, R-I. We would
strongly oppose any last minute attempts to change it to multi-family
dwelling; and we would want further opportunity to attend a meeting with
visual aids and speak before the commission should any attempts to move
that direction occur.
