CONSENT CALENDAR: 1) ACTION ITEM: Approve Minutes of the April 27, 2021 meeting. II. OLD BUSINESS: 1) ACTION ITEM: (Continued from April 27, 2021 Hearing Examiner meeting.) Case Number ANN20- 000011/SUB-20P-16: A request for an Annexation, Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment and a Preliminary Plat for Buxton Pointe, a 5 lot subdivision with an R-3 (High Density Residential) and C-1 proposed (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning designation on 40.26 acres. The subject properties are located 1,300 feet east of the intersection of Lake Avenue and Laster Lane, Caldwell, ID. 2) ACTION ITEM: (Will be continued to May 25, 2021.) Case Number ANN21-000001/PUD-21-000001: A request for an Annexation, Planned Unit Development and a preliminary plat for Enclave Subdivision, a mixed use (single-family, multi-family and commercial) development with a zoning designation of H-C (Highway Corridor) zone on parcel’s R32795 and R32795010 containing 46.79 acres. The subject properties are located 1,500 feet west of the intersection of HWY 55 and Midway Road, Caldwell, ID. III. NEW BUSINESS: 1) ACTION ITEM: Case Number ANN21-000005: A request by Jeff Hatch on behalf of property owners to annex parcels R30882, R30882010, R30881012, R30881 under code §10-01-08-1 Category A Annexation as described in Idaho Code §50-222. The subject properties contain 8.675 acres subject to Development Agreement recorded as instrument # 200101621. The subject properties are designated Commercial and Services in the Comprehensive Plan and the requested zone designation is Service Commercial (C3) commensurate with the adjacent properties to the South, East and West. The properties lie within the APO 1 Land Use Limitation Zone. The properties are located on the southwest corner of Ustick and Middleton Roads, Nampa, ID. IV. Adjournment. Next Regular Hearing Examiner Meeting is on May 25, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Caldwell Police Station at 110 South Fifth.
