I. CONSENT CALENDAR:
1) ACTION ITEM: Approve the minutes of the March 30, 2021 meeting.
2) ACTION ITEM: Approve the minutes of the April 13, 2021 meeting.

1) ACTION ITEM: Case Number OA-21-04 (Continued to TBD: A request by the
Planning and Zoning Department adding a new Article 15 to Chapter 10, of the Caldwell
City Code, regarding the development of Multi-Family Housing
2) ACTION ITEM: Case Number OA-21-05 (Continued to TBD): A request by the
Planning and Zoning Department amending Chapter 12 Article 05-3M, of the Caldwell
City Code, regarding Placement of Nonpermanent Items in City Center Design
Requirements with a new designation “Outdoor Seating”.
3) ACTION ITEM: SUB21-000009 (Continued to TBD): A request by Ted Burke on
behalf of Hall Investments, LP for a Preliminary Plat for Cloud Gate Industrial Park,
consisting of 12 buildable lots and 1 common lot, with a private road in an “M-1” (Light
Industrial) zone. The subject property is located on East Chicago Street adjacent and
east of 2419 E. Chicago Street, Caldwell, Idaho.
4) ACTION ITEM: OA-21-03: A request by Virjon Brahimllari for an amendment to the
Zoning Ordinance Chapter 10, Article 13, Section 3 regarding land use; to allow for
Automotive Sales in the T-N (Traditional Neighborhood).
5) ACTION ITEM: SUP21-000004 (Continued from Hearing Examiner meeting
5/25/2021): A request by Madeline Gregg on behalf of Thomas Development for a
special use permit for Norfolk Apartments, an 86 unit, multi-family housing
development consisting of 5.8 acres on parcel R35373013 zoned C-3 (Service
Commercial). The parcel is located approximately 750’ southeast of the intersection of
21st Avenue and Chicago Street.
