hearing on Tuesdal', November 30, 2021, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the
matter may be heard. This meeting will be held in the Community Room of the Caldwett
Police Department, I 10 S. 5s Avenue, Caldwell, Idaho in order to hear the following:
Case Number: SIlB2l-000027: A request by JUB Engineering on behalfofTrilogy
Development for a Preliminary Plat for Chestnut Heights South Subdivision, consisting of
58 single-family low density residential lots with an average lot size of 8439 sq. ft., 10
common lots, and a comrnon driveway lot. The subject properties are currently zoned ..R-1"
(Low Density Residential). The subject property, R32733 (19.6 acres), is located
approximately 2000 feet south ofthe intersection ofE. Homedale Road and S. Florida
Avenue on the east side of S. Florida il Caldrvell, Idaho.
Due to the COVID-I9 pandemic, we invite interested parties to participate in public hearings
either electronically or in person. Ifyou have a cough, fever, ot are not feeling well, please
contact Planning & Zorutg staff to arrange participation remotely. The City of Caldwell
follows the CDC guidelines to allow for distancing in the public meeting area and provide
masks/hand sanitizer on site.
