The Engineering Department has reviewed the proposed final plat for lvledical Way Subdivlsion No
1 and provides the following comments on the submitted final plat:
1. The water system is operational. The water system has been constructed and approved.
2- Compaction test results forthe roadways have been submitted to the City for review and have
been approved.
3. Street signs have been installed
4. Sewer system is operational. The line has been constructed, tested, taped and approved.
5. Construction security will have to be provided for those items not yet completed prior to signing
of the Final Plat. The developer has verbally agreed to bond for those improvements not yet
constructed. The amount ofthe bond has not been has not been finalized but is being
negotiated with the developer.
6. The final plat drawing shall be conected in accordance with the marked-up copy done Oclober
9, 2003 and mailed to Anderson-David & Associates, lnc. on October 10, 2003.
