The November 7, 1991 meeting of
Commission was called to order in theby Chairman Chuck Randolph at 7:10 p.m

The first item on the agienda jnvolved the consideration of thethree final candidates for nomination to the National HistoricRegister as part of the 1992 grant application. Dennis informedthe commission that the three sites (1225, 7304 and 1615Cleveland Boulevard) were given to State Historian, ElizabethEgleston, for review and recommendation. Ms. Egleston indicatedthat, in her opinion, the residence at L223 Cleveland Boulevard,(Trudy Herda. owner) was best suited for a nomination to theNationaL Historic Register.
The next item on the agenda involved the first phase of theselection of candidates along Blaine Street for the reconaissanceIeveI survey- After considerable discussion, the CommissionEelected ten (10) semi-finalists with the remaining two to threeslots to be filled at the fol lowing meeting based on input fromthe other Colunission merDlcers. The preferred ten sites chosen are

Chairman Randolph then discussed some possible gloals for the
upcomingt !992 year. Some of the items included the developmentof backgrounds or historjc profiles on interesting indivldualsand the concept of bui lding neighborhoods and promoting
neighborhood associations.
