Dennis distributed theresume of Susan M. Stacy to the Commissioners. Ms. Stacy'squalificatjons were discussed in some detail. Tom Ens]ey movedto offer the 1991 historic consultant position to Susan Stacy-Eil l Gigray seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. Dennis indicated he would contect SuBan Stacy andinform her of the selection and also invite her to attend the Commission's Apri I 4, L99L, meeting. A review of the revised version of the Historic Compon€nt to theCity's Comprehensive Plan fol lowed. After some discussionMadeiine Buckendorf moved to forward a recommendation of approva]of the document to the Planninq and Zoning Cornmission. TomEnsley seconded the motion v.rhi ch was approved unanimously. The Commission then began the selection process of the sites tobe surveyed. Commission members reviewed and discussed at lengthpotentlal candidates as outl ined in the preliminary Iist of 45locations and residences, The Comnlssion selected 20 residencesfor the reconnaissance level. survey with the understanding thatanother five sites may be added at a later date depending uponinput from other Commission members and/or the historicconsultant, The 20 sites to be surveyed are as fol lows: 1. 2.
