Quail Ridge Phase l-Site Improvements
As of today, all wet utilities have been constructed and are awaiting o'as builts." These
utilities would be the sewer, water, irrigation, and all necessary fixtures. The roads and
lots have been graded out and will be paved once the joint trench utilities have been
finished. Joint (rench is currently in there working and should be finished soon.
