RE: Quail Ridge SuMivision -Time Extension Application
Dear Commissioners & City Council Members:
On behalf of Dyver Development LLC, please accept the application for Time Extension of preliminary
plat for Quail Ridge Subdivision. Dyver Development is requesting a one year time extension to allow the
Developer to complete the preliminary plat consisting of 49 buildable lots.
Background:
Quail Ridge No I was built and recorded (November 20, 2006). Quail Ridge No 2, development is
currently receiving construction plan approval and is trying to resolve irrigation issues for the pressure
irrigation system. Quail Ridge No. 2 is the final phase of this original preliminary plat approval.
Dyver Development is actively seeking approvals to complete this development as originally approved'
Dyver Development is working with the city staffand other developers in the area to resolve the inigation
issues and complete the construction plans.
ln summary, please consider the following items:
l. Dyver Development is vigorously seeking construction plan approval. :
2. There is no value to be added to resubmit a new preliminary plat and staft this process over in
order to complete the necessary improvements to suMivide this development.
