We are requestinB approval for a subdivision Plat for the property located at 4802-4824 Continental
Lane, Caldwell lD 83607, which is zoned appropriately for multi-family. We currently have a retail multi-
tenant buildin8 in the front portion ofthe property. We are planning on developing the remainder of
the 2 acres for multi-family housing, which will consist of a total of (8) 4 plexes, and there will be one
common lot which will consist of a playground area. This parcel is conducive for multi-family housing
due to the surrounding single family entry-level homes.
