A RESOLUTION OF THE CALDWELL URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY
AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A WARRANTY DEED FROM NORMANS
INCORPORATED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 213 SOUTH KIMBALL AVENUE.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency to accept the above
mentioned deed made a part hereof and set forth in full.

hereinafter referred to as Grantor, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, warrant and convey unto

hereinafter referred to as Grantee, whose current address is PO Box 1170 Caldwell, ID 83606
The following described premises, to -wit:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
To HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, with their appurtenances unto the said Grantee(s), and
Granwes(s) heirs and assigns forever. And the said Grantors) does (do) hereby covenant to and with the
said Grantee(s), the Grantor(s) is/are the owner(s) in fee simple of said premises; that said premises are
free from all encumbrances EXCEPT those to which this conveyance is expressly made subject and those
made, suffered or done by the Grantee(s); and subject to U.S. Patent reservations, restrictions,
dedications, easements, rights of way and agreements, (if any) of record, and current years taxes, levies,
and assessments, includes irrigation and utility assessments, (if any) which are not yet due and payable,
and that Grantor(s) will warrant and defend the same from all lawful claims whatsoever.

A parcel of land being a portion of Lots 21, 22, 23 and 24, Block 10, of CALDWELL, Canyon County, Idaho,
according to the Revised Map filed July 29, 1891 in Book 1 of Plats, Page 20, records of said County, more
particularly described as follows;
Beginning at the Northerly corner of Lot 24 in Block 10 of Caldwell, Idaho, according to the Revised Map thereof
filed July 26, 1891 and now of record in Book I of Plats, page 20, records of Canyon County, Idaho;
Run thence Southeasterly along the Southwesterly boundary line of the alley in said Block 10 a distance of 85 feet;
Thence Southwesterly at right angles 17 feet;
Thence Northwesterly parallel with the Southwesterly boundary line of said Block 10 a distance of 85 feet;
Thence Northeasterly 17 feet to the Point of Beginning.
