Dear Mr. Wagoner:
On behalf of our client, Trilogy Development, please accept this request for time extension of
the final plat for Peregrine Estates Subdivision No. 2. The property is located on Lake Ave, in
Section 13, Township 3 North, Range 3 West, Boise Meridian, Caldwell, Canyon County, ldaho,
Parcel # R32818011D1 and contains 44 residential lots and 5 common lots on approximately
13.35 acres in an R-1 (Single Family Residential) zoning district.
This project is currently under construction and will record in the spring of 2019. The developer
is requesting a time extension because ofthe current construction schedule and upcoming
winter weather, which will delay recording ofthe final plat. Please accept this request for a 12
month extension for this project.
This application is submitted in conformance with the requirements for the City of Caldwell.
