Present. were Nathelle oates, Sylvia Robisonr Chuck Randolph and Art Honey. Absent were feri Brandt, cregg Lovan and Gary Mee. Nathelle Oates informed the Commission that the DAR has t.aken ona video tape project. The tape conEains 47 minutes of earlyIdaho history through 1965 and will be made available for $55.OOEo intereat.ed parEies or groups. The cost. to schools wilt be $52.38 and the Library will receive a copy. Anyone who wouldlike to screen the t,ape should contacE her. sylvia reported that the first phase of the survey of historic Properties (Northwest Caldwell ) has been completed except forsubmission of the reimbursement request to the Idaho StateHistorlc Preservation office. The Hist.oric Preservation Commission has been askedto have some input into the update and Art tloney agreed to !,rrit.eup a few paragraphs. Policies and plans for hisLoric di6trict.sriIl be proposed to be included in Ehe Ptan. Tom reported on National Town Meeting workshops t,haE will becoming up t,his fall and next spring and asked Commission membersto be thinking about who might be able to attend.
