I'leetlng called to order by Chalrman, Tom Ensley. Seven mefiSers, the
Coordl nator, 2 council representatl ves and the llayor were present. Mlnutes
of two rEetlngs werr! read and approved. l.layor t,lcCl uskey stated he has
been contacted rcgardlng "Caldwell Yearbooks" - space for famlly hlstorles or
blographles would be by subscrlptlon and the books would sell for around
$25. No actlon.
A motlon was made and seconded that due to the ongo'lng Centennlal actlvltles
Tom be retalned as Chal rman of the Comnlsslon, and Lorene, as secrrtary for

Jan rtported a guccessfu'l poster contest. Grandprlze wlnner uas Jan Erlckson,
Caldwel'l Senlor Hlgh, who was awarede a $25 prlze. A motlon ras made and
seconded to order 250 postcrs to be prlnted and be retal'led - to sell for
i3.00 each.
Bllls approved lncluded two for repalr of the glass dlsplay clses - $U5.82
and 166.00. Use of the llbrary button maker was dlscussed as a fundralser.
The need of a Centennlal br.ochure of conlng events was dlscussed. Loulsa
rcported the mn's softba'll teams ulsh to sell baloons. Art Assoclatlon wlll
hang thelr works at the Clty Hall tomorro{. A posslb'le contest for the
Centennlal parade them was dlscussed. lleetlng adJourned.
