The National .ivLa 1n St. Center application was discussed, but
information arrived too late for our oonSlderation.
The need of public refations for our commi-ssion was discussed.
Evans has been keeping newspaper c1lppltrgB, and suggested we
pursue historic preservation awareness. lve should be actlvelythinkgng about the Caldweff centenial. ft was noted that the
statue in the Memorial park is supposed to be opened at the
Uentenial .
Ton Ensley asked for reports on the survey. vue discussed
the lnformation desired for a card fi1s. Dave Dorsey?s very fine
report was passed around .
