Dear Mr. Well-s :
In reference to your letter dated 9-30-BO, regarding placing
Strahorn Ha11, College of Idaho calnpus, into the NatlonalRegl-ster of Historic Pl-aces. This suggestlon was turned overto the Hlstorlcal Contlission, of the City of Ca1dwel1, andmet with unanlmous approval . ff 1t has not already beensuggested, I could strongly recommend the incluslon of theBlatchl-ey Building, on the College of Idaho campus, ln this
s a.rne category. Wh11e attending an art exhibit 1n thls build-ing ].ast Sunday, I was distressed to notice the amount of damagethe exterior of the buildlng is suffering from l-ack of malnt-
enance.
